I wanted to drop you a quick line to say again how much Sylvia and I enjoyed our
"Getaway" in Portland. We appreciated your warm hospitality in your home, and
we definitely had a wonderful morning with Lance on your charming "Chuckles".
The weather couldn't have been better if we had ordered it, and we enjoyed the
company of Wendy and Fred, with whom we shared the morning and lunch.I've attached a picture of Lance with Sylvia as we arrived at the boat. Lance...I must commend you...your charm brought out the best in Sylvia, resulting in one of the best photos of her that I've taken in a long while...BZ
I'm sure you must be accumulating quite a few of these, but I wanted to share this one with you.

Lance and Mercedes Jervis-Read - I know this is overdue, but I would like to thank you for the pleasurable trip from Chaffey's Locks to Newboro and back on the third of September.
Cecil and Claire Dewar and Norma and myself were celebrating the Dewar's Wedding anniversary and it was most relaxing and enjoyable.
A nice touch was the coffee and cookies after we re-boarded at Newboro after the short stay.
Dinner at the Opinicon Resort Hotel was excellent and we left very well satisfied.
I think you have a good thing going, and we sincerely hope that you will make a success of this package tour.
I'm sure that we would consider it again if it is available. It was nice being on the first trip with you. Thanks !

Lance and Mercedes - Our message is a little belated but we do wish you to know what a delightful weekend we had with you and your daughter Angela.
The excellent accommodation and delicious breakfast was followed by a most enjoyable and relaxing cruise in "Chuckles". The stretch between Chaffey's Lock and Jones Falls is spectacular and the tea and biscuits were a wonderful touch.
The meal at the Opinicon was first rate.
